And my grandma grabbed my hand and she said, don't fight this. I'm going to fight it. This is not a dream. This is very real. This lady is trying to hurt you and your baby. But I got this. She was supposed to be a twin, but her sibling never made it into the world, and since childhood, she has believed that that loss if the door opened between her and something beyond it. My name is Edwin and here is Naomi true scary story. I was supposed to be a twin that I absorbed my twin. I've always felt like I was missing a piece of me throughout my whole life. I've always been able to see spirits. My whole family says the reason I can see things is because I'm spiritually connected to my lost Twin two thousand and six, I had my first memory of seeing a ghosts. We had just moved into our new house and we had a detached garage that looked like a barn. I was pulling my little red wagon of stuff from the car to the garage, and then when I entered it, I saw an old man in a white nightgown hanging from one of the beams of the garage. At first, I was really confused and scared. I didn't know what a ghost was. I never saw a ghost before. I felt like I was staring at it forever, but in reality it was just seconds. But that was the first start to living at this house and it was very, very haunted and active. Growing up, we had a rott Riyler. His name was Junior. We loved him so, so so much. He was about nine he passed away. He was my dog, so I took it really hard. One day, we were getting ready to go to a football game and I was sitting on a pull out couch that we had, so I was sitting on a mattress. I remember I was counting my coins so I can get something from the concession stand. All of a sudden, I hear the back door open and slam shut, and then I heard claws like nails hitting the floor, like if a dog was running really really hard. You could see a clear shot from the living room to the back door. So I didn't see the door closed, but I heard it, and then I felt something running really fast towards me, and then there was a big jump on the mattress. I'm convinced it was junior who wanted to let me know that he was there. One night, I was in the bathroom. It was the middle of the night, everyone was asleep. I was just about to walk out when I heard the knobs of the faucet turning on and they turned on full blast. I ran out of there, and I ran into the hall, and I was like, thinking, how I'm going to turn this off? It's really scary. Eventually I just went back to bed. I never turned at all. My great grandma, she was a very spiritual person. She was like a white witch, so she didn't really practice witchcraft per se, but she was always very spiritual. She would make herbs and put them together in like different foods and drinks to help you feel better. And her house was also very haunted. I basically grew up there, so I was there about eighty percent of the time. One day during the day, we're in the kitchen and we would sit in the kitchen and would gossip about whatever we felt like I was speaking about. Her house was very old, and so she had her cabinets were like covered in thick, thick paint. So the cabinet doors they would not open and close right away. They would click in and then click out, and that's how you would open the cabinet doors. We were talking, We're both at the kitchen table. We hear the cabinet door click open, and we watched it slowly open up all the way. She very annoyed, was like, can you just close that cabinet door. So I watched slowly as the cabinet door closed and it clicked shut. She was just always like that. She was just very She was no nonsense when it came to any kind of spirits in her house. She ran a very type ship, and the spirits were included in that tight ship. There was a little girl who would cry in the middle of the night in the very back room of the house, and my grandma, being the tough lady that she was, she would yell at her to be quiet. I basically lived there. I was always spending the night, and I started sleepwalking. Every night I would go to the same spong which was in her bedroom. We slept in the same bed, so I would get up from her bed and I would go straight to the wall in front of the bed and I would start scratching the walls, and she would just very casually grab me and send me back to her bed. I had no idea I did it until one night my sister spent the night with us, and she woke up to me scratching the walls, and I remember waking up at the wall, confused and my sister was crying. I think it lasted for about a year, and then eventually I just stopped doing it. My mom's house was very active as well. I hardly ever stayed there. I had just lived with my mom for a few months while I was pregnant. I have to say it was about eight months pregnant. I was very big, and we had these two cats and they would always be playing in the middle of the night. They would get on the curtains and then go all the way on top of the curtains and then jump down. It was an everyday occurrence or every night occurrence. So the couch is right next to the window so that I could see the curtain. If I looked down, I can see the bottom of the curtain, and if I looked up, I could see the top of the curtain. One night when I was sitting watching my TV show, and I remember seeing the middle of the curtain move and I didn't really think anything of it. I was just thinking it was one of the cats and it had been moving for a minute or so, and so I was confused why they didn't jump down and make their run around the couch again. So I looked down to see who was at the curtain. The bottom of the curtain was perfectly still. It was just the middle of the curtain. I got freaked out and I kind of sat up on the couch. I could feel the breath, the moisture of whoever it was that they whistared my name into my ear, and that really streaked me out because up until that point, no ghost has ever made that kind of interaction with me. So even though I was eight whence pregnant, I hopped over the back of the couch and I ran to my mom's bedroom and I had to sleep with her for the night because I was really freaked out. To this day, I can still remember that feeling of that moisture from their breath inside of my ear. It wasn't a positive energy like if it was a loved one or something. It was negative. It was heavy. I had moved out, and then the time when I was eighteen, when I moved back in my mom and my dad got a divorce and I went to go stay with my dad for a little bit, and then she moved out and rented me and my dad back my childhood home. When we lived there, a lot of things happened. My dad actually, he doesn't believe in any kind of spirits. He's very much an atheist. He doesn't believe in anything whatsoever. His dad passed away when he was twenty two. Whenever we moved in, he was in his room. One night. He would listen to music. On the weekends, he'll listen to music and have a couple of beers, and so he was doing that. One night. I was asleep and he said that he heard his dad talking to him. He doesn't really like talking about it. He has a heart time wrapping his mind about what he heard. But it was his dad talking to him, and his dad was trying to have a conversation, and he was really confused. He would always see me in the kitchen and he would have conversations with me, but I was never home whenever he was having those conversations. I remember one time I was in my bedroom and I heard movement from the kitchen and it was a very small house. It was a two bedroom, one bathroom house, so it's really really small. So I could hear him in the kitchen. So I remember asking him what's the plans for dinner going to look like? And I remember him responding back to me, and so I got up and I walked through the hallway into the living room and you can see the kitchen from right there, and he was looking into the fridge. He was talking about maybe going out to dinner. And I never saw the front of him. I only saw the back of him. But I said, yeah, we can go out to dinner. I think seven works fine, and so he said great. I went back into my room and then a few hours later I hear the front door unlocking and I was like, well, who's here? And it was my dad. He had just gotten off work. I was like, I just spoke to you. Where have you been? And he was like, I've been at work this whole time. I was never here. I was really confused, and I had told them, well, I just talked to you, we just made dinner plans. I saw you. You were looking inside the fridge. He's like, I don't know what to tell you. But that was not me at that time, I was really into seeing ghosts and spirits and stuff, so I would talk to them a lot, not trying to make any kind of connection, but kind of like my grandma. Something would happen and I'd be like, guys, this is annoying. Stop opening and closing my door. I'm not interested in that. So I would kind of talk to them in that way. I was still eighteen or nineteen, and one day my sister was picking me up for work. I was asleep, and all of a sudden, I hear a woman yelling, nayo me wake up, and so I shot out of bed because it sounded like she was right in my room, and I was like, what's going on? What's going on? And I looked at my phone. My sister had just pulled up. I woke up right before I think it was ten minutes before I was going to be late for work. So I quickly got dressed and I ran outside and my sister was in the driveway and I was like, did you go in the house and she was like no, I was sitting here in the driveway waiting for you to come out. And I was like, well, somebody woke me up. So whenever I came back home. I was like, thank you to whoever woke me up, shout out to you. It was a lot of things like that that would happen in the house. I eventually met my husband, we got married, we moved out, and then we lived in one of my grandma's other properties. She said that we could rent the place from her while we were kind of getting our steps situated. So a new thing started happening to me. Whenever we moved in there where I would start talking in my sleep. It was not very common, it was very rare, but I would talk in my sleep. I think important, mumbling and whatnot. My husband is a very light sleeper, he told me. One night he woke up to me whispering to myself. He had asked me what was wrong. I had rolled over and was looking at him, but my eyes were closed, and then I whispered to him, I don't want you to die. He was like, okay, me too. He was really freaked out. He rolled back over and he went straight to sleep. A few weeks later, I started whispering again, and he woke up again, and he asked me what was wrong. I tried to look at him again with my eyes closed, and I told him they want me to go with them. He asked me who, and I said, a man, a lady, and a girl. They want me to go with them. And he was like, please, don't go with them. Please, And I was like, well, I have to go, and he's like, no, you don't. You don't have to go. Stay here, and I guess I was content with that and I went back to sleep. He woke up very concerned and I had no idea. He was really freaked out and he told me, and I didn't believe. I got chills all over my body and I was like, I don't remember that at all. My great grandma, the one whose house that I lived in for a little bit, we always had, always joked that when she passed away that she had to come back and haunt me. I think she was ninety five, I believe when she passed away. So she lived a lot of life. She was very traditional. Women tend to their houses, men go to work. She always had some comments about me and my husband splitting everything fifty to fifty, the workload, the house stuff. It was always we are always fair. I remember one time she told me she was gonna scare me through the mirror. She's like, I'm gonna look at you in the mirror whenever I passed away, and I'm gonna scare you. That was so funny. I just remembered that that night that she died, we had all went to her house and we lived two blocks away from her, and we were all kind of just sitting there and just being with her at her last moments. I remember holding her hand and telling her, let me know when you make it up there. Because my family doesn't do grief very well. We kind of joke around way too much, so I was like, let me know. I mean, when you make it up there, Grandma. Once they came and did all their stuff that they had to do, like the hospice people, we went back home that night. She came to me in a dream. In my dream, I was asleep in my bed and I heard knocking up the door and it was in the middle of the night. I went to go open the door and it was my grandma and it was this other person that I didn't recognize, and I opened the door. I was like, Grandma, I was like, you're here, and she said to me, she was like, hey, just want to let you know this is not a dream. You told me to let you know if I made it. When I met my husband we had miscarried for the first time. She was like, I want to let you know I'm watching over your baby and this person right here is your baby. And I said, we don't know what it was. This is it a boy or a girl? And she said, I can't tell you that, but this is your baby. And whenever I actually looked at the person, they had the face that kind of similar to my husband's face, and they had their hair up in a ponytail. They looked like it could be either or and she was like, I just want to let you know, Heaven is real. This is not a dream, and I'm going to be up here taking care of your baby until you meet again. That was one of the only times I ever dreamt about my grandma, And so when I woke up, I woke up crying. I was very It was a lot of emotions because it was very real. Some time had passed. Me and my husband were making dinner and he told me, oh, are you going to wash the dishes? And I jokingly was like, no, I'm not washing those dishes. You can wash them. He told me he was like, oh, well, your grandma said that you had to take care of the house and do all the housework. Remember she said that and just messing around, And I told him, I said, yeah, well, if she wants me to wash those dishes so bad, she can wash them herself. And as soon as I said that, the dishes started clinking around, and I was like, oh my gosh, I'm so sorry, Grandma, just kidding, just kidding. I did not mean that that was a joke. And then it stopped. I was like, Okay, now I don't play with her about washing the dishes. There's a period in that time of that house, because we were there for three ish years where everything was going wrong. At the time, I was pregnant with my second son. We remember being really really heavy in the house. So every night we would start to pray. And I grew up very Catholic, so I know those pairs like the back of my hand. I remember I went to sleep one night and I had a dream that I had entered her house and I went into the kitchen and she was always sitting at the kitchen table. That was her spot. She had her little spot right in front of the window at the kitchen table and she would always sit there. And so in my dream, when I had walked inside the house and I went to the kitchen, she was sitting right there, and then there was this lady that was standing right in front of her that I didn't know who she was. I said to Grandma, who's this And she said, this lady was going to try to take my son from me. She said, she's a witch and she is going to try to my son for me. She was doing witchcraft on me. I started getting really scared, and I started to say a prayer, and for the life of me, I couldn't say the words aloud. And even then what I was trying to think of it, I couldn't find the words. I just remember fighting really hard in my mind to spit those words out, and I couldn't. And my grandma grabbed my hand because at the time, I sat down in the kitchen table next to her, and she grabbed my hand and she said, don't fight this. I'm going to fight it. This is not a dream. This is very real. This lady is trying to hurt you and your baby. But I got this and I said, okay. And as soon as I said okay, I started praying again, and just like always, it just started flowing out. As soon as I kind of gave up trying to fight it, p came out naturally. Eventually, when we moved out, we went we're trying to kind of start our own thing. We didn't want to live in my grandma's house. We wanted to kind of beat our own adults and go off and live that way. We moved there or we were renting a new house. And I remember when when we were moving out from my grandma's house, I was packing all this stuff up. It was in the middle of the night. I was very loudly jamming to Britney Spears as I was packing all of our stuff, and then the volume started turning down and it turned all the way down, and so I turned it about all the way back up, and then again it would turn all the way down, and I said, if you don't let me finish packing to my Britney Spears, I'm going to be very upset. And then as soon as I said that, when I turned the ball back up and it went down halfway, and I was like, okay, I can live with that. It's fine. I'll meet you in the middle. It stayed like that and the volume didn't change again. So we moved into our new house, and that house was also very very active. Any house that I go to, it eventually becomes haunted. We don't know why, it just does. Even though that house was really haunted. My favorite part of that house was there was little ghost cats that would run around. I would see either like a transparent gray little cat running around, and then a little white cat running around and a little black cat, and they're all transparent so you can see through them, but they would just be running around. I thought that was very cute. Anytime I would see them, I would always see them either in the corner of my eye or I would see them running through the hallway and you can hear their little soft steps that cats have. You would hear that running around. And there was a little boy who would walk around in the hallway and he would really freak out everybody. He would scare my two sons. He would scare them because he would never go into their rooms, but he would pop his head in and kind of look and he was very pale, and his hair was very very black, and he had kind of like a like a bowl cut the bathroom door would open while you were using the bathroom and he would kind of it would open halfway and he would kind of pop his head in. My husband saw him one time crawling on all fours bit with his arms and legs straight out, and he crawled to him one time, and my husband saw that in our bedroom we had this huge walk in closet there was the spirit of an old man that lived inside the closet. We never actually saw him, but I sensed him. He was very not happy about us living there. It wasn't like a get out kind of thing, but it was kind of like a grumpy old man. He just didn't like that we were there, and so he would stay in the corner of the closet, so anytime you went inside the closet, it felt like somebody was watching you. He would just make it known that he was not happy that we were living there. I had my daughter, and we decided that now that I had three kids and my husband goes out of town during the week, that we really needed help. So we went to live closer to my mother in laws. So again we were packing up the house. I was by myself, my husband was out of town. The kids were sleep. It was midnight, because that's I guess that's when I pack is at night. I was cleaning out from underneath my bed and there was a water bottle. It was almost done. It was a little bit of water left in there, but it was on the floor, and I remember I was bending down picking up stuff and putting it into a box when I see the water bottle that was on the floor pick itself up into the air and then throw itself at me. This whole time i've seen ghost aside from the one whispering my ear, I was never really scared of going. I'm not scared of ghosts at all because I see it so much. But when it hit me, the water bottle hit me, I ran out of my room and I started crying because I was by myself, and I called my husband and I told him I didn't want to stay there anymore. I wanted to leave right away, but it was the middle of the night and the kids were asleep and I had a newborn, and he was like, just make it through this night. Tomorrow we'll make sure that we can actually move in. We can talk to the landlord and see we can move in a little bit earlier. That was the last night we were in that house. It was terrifying. I didn't want to be in that house anymore because nothing has ever hit me, and it was very surreal watching a water bottle that's on the floor come at me and then make contact with me. Whenever we moved. We only lived at that house for two years, and the first year was great. Everyone kept asking me if the house was haunted, if I felt anything weird, and I told him to no. I was like, finally, I'm living in a house that is not haunted, because every house that I go to eventually become haunted. And I was like, I feel great. I'm okay with me by myself. I don't feel like anybody's watching me. And I think I got a little bit too comfortable. After that first year of living there, my kids were at school, my daughter was at my mother in law's house, my husband was out of town, and I decided I was going to take a nap. I went into my bedroom and I locked my bedroom door. Because I'm a little bit paranoid. I watch a lot of true crime, so I locked my bedroom door. I was asleep and I had my dog, Slim. He's a little black plug. He was on the bed with me and we were taking it app together. And I'm a very heavy sleeper, very very heavy sleeper, and I woke up to a child's laughter at my bedroom door. And I woke up and I looked and I was trying to make sense of what was going on, and it was, you know, kid laughing. And I looked at Slim to see if he heard it too. He had woken up, and he's a heavy sleeper too, We're basically the same person. He woke up and he was looking at the door and looking at me, and he looked very concerned. And that was the first experience at that house, and I was very upset, not because I heard I was scared of the child laughing, but because it was starting up again from there. We heard the child's laughter, and then we would hear banging really really hard, either on the windows or at the door, we don't know. It was very We would wake up to very very loud banging and we would go run around the house and get it. Kind of sounded like a police knock, you know, when they bang really hard on the door. So we would go and see either who was at the door or what was going on, but it was always at night my sleep talking started up again and I hadn't slept talking a while in years. My husband says that I started fighting in my sleep. He could tell he was very scared, and I was saying no, no, no. He said, what's going on, what's going on? And I had woken I had actually woken up. I don't remember this, but he said my eyes were open and I pointed at the foot of the bed and I said, there's a man at the foot of our bed. He was like, well, tell them to go away. And I was like, I can't, can't tell him to go away. And he was like, okay, well, then let's go back to sleep. And he kind of held me while I went back to sleep because I was really freaked out. And then he started having sleep paralysis. He was very angry at the ghost for waking us up in the middle of the night, and so he was asleep and he woke up because he felt somebody crawling into the bed. So he assumed it was one of our kids, and so he kind of moved his head a little bit and he saw me. And then my daughter had already been asleep in our bed and he said, whoever you are, you need to get out of here. We don't want you here. I'm just very angry. He was just kind of cursing the spirit out and that's when he felt again crawling on the mattress, and it got on top of him and he felt very very heavy pressure. He tried praying and he couldn't get the words out, and it was like he forgot his prayers as well. And eventually it passed and he was trying to fight so hard to kind of turn again and to wake me up, but he couldn't. So whenever he woke up the next day, he was like, yeah, I found out why you're not supposed to curse the ghosts. And then he told me what happened again. My husband, he always goes out of town all the time. He leaves on my day, comes back on Friday. And I remember waking up to the sound of the shower being on because I always have my bedroom door open because right across the hall was my son's room. I always had the door open in case they needed to come and sleep with me, and I remember being very terrified of going to go see if the shower was actually on. I was laying there in bed for maybe about an hour, contemplating whether I should get up and go turn the water off. Eventually I decided, I'm the only adult in the house. I guess I have to turn the water off. My bedroom is in the very back of the hallway and the bathroom is in the very front of the hallway. So whenever I got out, the hallway was full of steam. The bathroom door was open, the light was on, and you could see the steam from it was full inside of the bathroom, and so I had to go in there, and it was very eerie. It was very scary, and it was only the hot water that was on. The cold water was not on at all. So I had to go in and turn off the hot water, and just that feeling, I had, that feeling of somebody was watching me. It was steamy. It was the middle of the night, it was probably like two in the morning. So I turned that water off and I ran straight back into my bedroom and I hopped into bed, and I put my covers on, and I was like, I'm gonna go to sleep. I'm tired of being awake. And that second year of living there, in August, we decided that we were going to try to buy house at the end of the year, so we started looking at more houses. We were trying to find our perfect house because we're looking up for our forever home. My realature is a very good friend of mine, and so we would look at these houses, and she knew that I could sense spirits, and so we would go into these houses. We looked at over twenty houses. I would say, oh, this house is good. It has no bad energy. It doesn't seem like there's any spirits in this house. Or we went to go look at one house in the evening around six o'clock and it was right whenever it would get dark really early. She kind of had an idea of why they're selling the house. So she had this whole thing of why the people were selling the house. And the house had been sitting on the market for a while, and so I walked in and I instantly felt very sad. It was a lot of sad energy, and we were walking around the house. We went upstairs to look upstairs and I asked her, I said, was this an old couple that divorced? And she was like, how do you know that? So I can just I can just feel it I feel like an older energy and I feel like a divorce or death happened. So that's why I was asking. And she said, yes, it's an older couple and they had a really bad divorce and that's why they're selling the house. So she was like, I actually kind of felt that way too, but I didn't know because I knew what was I knew the story if that's what I was feeling or not. Since that time we went to look at the house, she would tell me, so, what do you feel of the house. Everyone thinks it's really cool that I can see ghosts or I can sense ghosts. So she would always try to pick my brain and I would say, oh, it's good or it's not good. It was close to us finding our home. It was one of the last few visits that we had to look for our home that I'm in now. And it was about four o'clock. We had a whole day of looking at houses. My husband and my kids were all pretty tired, and we had met up with my realtor. I went up to this house and when we looked at it, it looked nice and looked very nice. She had beat us there, so she already entered the house and we pulled up and she shook her head and she's like, you're not gonna like this house. I'll tell you right now you're not gonna like it. And I said, well, we're already here. I guess i'll go look at it. And my husband said, well, if we're not gonna like it, I'm going to stay in the car with the kids because they're sleep and you can just go look at the house. So it was my real Chuir and her husband and I and right when you walk in, you're met with steps. So I went upstairs and it smelt very badly of cat urine. So I was like, oh, no, I don't like this house. The carpets were dirty. I went upstairs and I was looking at the master bedroom. There was a little cross space that they converted into like a play area. It was very creepy, and I was like, oh, I don't like this. I instantly got bad vibes. It wasn't anything crazy, it was just I didn't like the feeling that I got when I was in that room. So I walked downstairs and they're waiting for me in the living room and they're like, oh, we'll show you the backyard. It was my realator who went out first to the backyard, and it was the living room and then the kitchen, and then the back door to the backyard, and from the kitchen there was a bedroom on the left hand side. So we walked through the kitchen into the backyard. We looked at it. I didn't like the backyard, so I had turned around and I went to go look at the bedroom. And when I went to go look at the bedroom, I saw what I thought was my relator's husband. I went in there and I was like, oh yeah. I was like, I don't really like the backyard. The backyard was small, and he didn't say anything. He was in the bathroom, kind of looking around in the bathroom, so I popped my head in and I never saw the front of his face. I only saw the back I saw him, and I realized it was not Johan, So I immediately turned around and my relator and her husband were right there, and I was like, let's go, let's go, we gotta go, we gotta go. We quickly went outside and they asked me what happened, and I told them that in my whole twenty eight years of life, I have never felt this feeling before. It was very, very heavy. The only thing I can describe it is demonic. And it was a feeling I've never had before, And just saying it now is making my hands shaky. I don't like thinking about it. We were outside talking about what happened. Johann was very intrigued was going on because he didn't really believe in ghosts until that experience. My husband came out of the car and he asked us what happened, and I told him and he goes, well, look at the house. That's whenever. We kind of stepped back and we looked at the outside of the house. And when we first got there, it was beautiful, and now looking back at it, it was dingy. It looked like it had like a gray veil covering the house. It looked old, it looked worn. It was in a subdivision, so all the houses were built at the same time. It almost looked like it was decaying. All the other houses looked normal, but that house looked wrong. The wood was rotting, the gutters were messed up, and at first it looked great. We kind of made note of that. We're like, oh, when we pulled up the house, it didn't look like this. It looked newer, it looked like it matched the houses. And we were standing right there for a minute, kind of calming ourselves because I was really freaked out. I told my mom and my sister what happened, and they wanted to know the address of the house, and I couldn't. I had to tell my husband, you can send them the address if we want to. I don't want to look at that house. I don't want to see that house. I don't want to think about that house because I never felt a demonic energy before. Normally, whenever I see a spirit or something like that happens, I just kind of roll with it. That heavy feeling lasted in the pit of my stomach for at least two days. I was really really scared. I never felt anything like that before. We finally found our forever home, the home that we're in now. We were super happy. Everyone asked us his his house haunted, blah blah blah. No, it's not perfect house. And then we moved in and we've been living here since February of this year. We moved in and one of the very first nights my husband was in town. It was the weekend so he was there. I guess his mom went on a spiritual retreat at a church and we didn't know, but he woke up to the sounds of his mom sobbing in the middle of the night. The next day he called her and he was like, hey, mom, were you crying last night? Like what's going on? And she was like, oh, yeah, yeah, I was at a church retreat and they woke us up at one o'clock in the morning and they started doing this prayer session and it just really came over me and I started crying really hard. And she's like, I felt to end my soul. And he was like, well, I heard you crying in my bedroom. My kids are now eleven, six and four. My youngest is four. My daughter, we hear people going up and down the stairs at night. A few weeks ago, I was getting my daughter ready for bed, and she's four, so she doesn't want to sleep in her room, so she's sleeping in my room and I was getting her ready for ben. She was sitting on her bed. I was sitting on my bed and I was looking at her, and she could see my bedroom door and she points and she goes, Mama, who's that And I looked at the bedroom door. Nobody was there, and I told her, I don't know, let's just go to bed. We went to sleep, and I was like, oh, no, it's starting again. I mean, we still hear footsteps, we hear things moving around downstairs, or we hear things moving around upstairs, and that's where we're at now. Still can't kind of escape every house not being haunted. And I was telling my sister about the stuff that was happening just a couple of days ago in my house. We were at her at her house. She lives thirty minutes away in the country, in the middle of nowhere. It was daytime when I was talking to her about it. It was me, her husband, and my husband and we're all sitting there and she has these big windows by her front door. And as we were talking, I saw this man come up and he was wearing a white shirt the black shorts, and I was like, who's coming up the driveway. They poked their heads out and they're like, there's nobody there, and I was like, I saw a clear date a man coming up to the front door, coming from the driveway where it's in the middle of nowhere, so it's not like, there's like a lot of people walking around, and I told them, I was like, whatever you do, don't open that door. We're not going to let him in because we're trying to see who it is. We decided to spend the night. My sister and I were just going over our childhood and how we had a lot of spiritual activity in our houses. As we were talking about that, and we were getting ready for bed in her hallway, in her closet, there was a box that she's had up there since she moved in. Right when we were getting ready to go to bed, we heard a loud thud and she went to go look, and that box had fell from the very top shelf nicely put away onto the floor right when you open the door. It fell out of the closet door. She looked at me and she's like, I think they're following you here. Now everywhere I go they seem to follow me. I just think it's spirits that can sense that I can see them, and they kind of are lonely and want to make themselves known. I feel like there's definitely some spirits that follow me, but I also feel like these spirits like to make themselves known as well. The only way I can describe it is I feel their energy and I get air dropped, like a little sticky note of like it's a man. He's not happy. We don't know why. He's an adult, teenager, young old and things like that. But I would like to believe not every house has spirits, and that's just not the case for me. Naomi, thank you so much for sharing your experiences with us here at the True Scary Story community. This was very interesting and a pleasure learning about you and your family and everything. This is actually one of our longer episodes that we have here in this season of True Scary Story. But I was very interested in, you know, getting to learn about this because I actually do have a story where with my family. My dad told me this a while back, and it's about my uncle. You see, there is like a history with twins in my family, like grandparents, aunts and uncles, and then you know, now in this generation is the one that's missing the twin for now. But there is this interesting story. My uncle was. Sleeping in the bedroom like it was during the daytime. I think he had just gotten off of work or something like that, and then he felt the need to like he just heard his like this voice saying like mano, like you know, like edmano. They likes brother. Somebody say mano or carnale, which isn't the word for edemno for brother. And he heard that and he woke up. And right when he woke up, he saw somebody was coming into the bedroom with a knife. And obviously, when I hear about this, I'm like, wait, what kind of stuff is my uncle into to be chased or to be you know, somebody trying. To kill him? But turns out my uncle is pretty much well. I guess he used to be kind of a troublemaker or something like that, because there's some stories out there that I've heard. But anyway, the point here is he had heard somebody call him like brother, brother, wake up. So he believes that he got woken up by one of his twins, like his twin, and his twin actually didn't make it like it was only him that was born. So is that a coincidence? Is that something that maybe subconsciously he heard or maybe some noise that he was hearing trigger that inside of him and he woke up. We will never know, right, This is the cool thing about the paranormal, which there's things that we don't know and we can't assume that we do. Another interesting thing here is about the gray veil. Right. This is not like when the veil is thin as when we can cross it or anything, but this is grave veil. Like this fear that we feel when we enter a place, when we have these intense reactions. When we're somewhere we're like, we walk in, we're like, nope, I gotta get out of here. When somebody approaches us, we're like, nope, something's off. Like that place when they call about that gray veil house stands out because there was physical fear and nothing was happening yet right. Another topic here in the in the story was the sleep related experiences like these things keep popping up. If you notice across the episode it was just all sleep related, well mostly sleeper related kind of things, which makes me wonder how much of paranormal focal overlaps with sleepwalking, sleep paralysis, altered states of consciousness. There's actually a comment, actually several comments. I talk about us here the true Scary story taking a lot of stories with Wiji boards, sleep paralysis, figures that stand at the foot of your bed, now instead of thinking like whoa, that's really eerie or that's there's something we should look into, where it's just like, oh, we just keep hearing these kinds of stories, and I'm like this is this might be a way that these things approach us. And we're over here trying to complain about these stories with this a channel that they might be using. Who knows, right, let me know what you think of this. Also, like about this this thing about the water bottle being thrown, Well, we'll talk about this a little bit, but like, why do you think physical men the stations seem so rare and unpredictable, Like why can't we have this solid photo of a ghost or a spirit or something? Why can't we catch something like that we can basically not deny on camera of a physical object moving? Why is that do we need? That? Is it? Like I always wondered as a kid. I guess I used to wonder do ghosts know when they're being photographed? And like they hide or like they stop moving? What causes that? Let me know in the comments.
